About Me

Education

I graduated from Loyola University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice, with over 15 years experience and have worked with people to help them move through their doubts and fears to lead a richer more full life. Through this journey it has prepared me to work as a coach. To take people from where they are at to where they want to go.

I have received my training for relationship coaching from the Relationship Coaching Institute, (RCI). I am also a certified guide with the Choosing Prosperity Partnership Program.

My Story

I became interested in relationship coaching after my marriage ended and I found myself in the dating scene again after 13 years. It can be a daunting task, but when a person takes care of themselves, finds their true passions and joys in life everything else falls into place. After I divorced I started dancing and found that it brought me a feeling of great joy. It was good for my physical and emotional body. I was having a great time enjoying my new "singleness" when I met a great man who is now my husband. When we are centered within ourselves and enjoying life, the most amazing things happen. Often times it doesn't look like what we thought it would, although it is often much better!

Philosophy

I enjoy helping people realize there own creative potential and embrace their authentic self. Each of us have our own inner wisdom. Relationship coaching can help clients understand and acknowledge their own needs in relation to others and how to best take care of themselves.

Coaching Style

I help individuals achieve this through the use of the 12 Week Program Workbook which includes articles and exercises to help understand and evaluate your life patterns. I also use a variety of methods to clear emotional blocks to success such as creative visualization, breath work and Emotional Freedom Techniques, (EFT) which is based on the connection between your body's subtle energies, your emotions and your health.
